About Fresh Start

Grimoire Deck Box is a labor of love. Over the years we have some units that have small blemishes so it’s less than perfect for filling the regular purchase. Rather than throwing them to the trash, we have put in the work to restore them to a good state. These units are function and in decent condition. It’s just have small dings and scratches here and there. 

Due to the availability of style and model, unfortunately we won't be able to offer user's choice on the design. You can pick the size of Grimoire and we will pick a unit from our stash.

A small personal note from Jon


I started this business 6 years ago with the Grimoire products. Years later, I have grown our business to cover various aspect of the gaming life style: anime collectibles - kozuguru.com, board games - foundrygameroom.com, card games - japancardgames.com. I have been an avid magic player since i was a kid. I have always felt included at my Local Games Store - Hi-De-Ho when i attended all the FNM religiously for years. Even when I was competing at the highly cut throat GP or GPT, all the players treated and greeted each other with respect and friendliness as we recognized each other as friends with a burning love for our hobby. 

Fast forward to the recent events, as someone from the AAPI community, I am sadden. Yes, violence happens, bad thing happens, and there are constant struggles amongst all of us in general, especially during the COVID outbreak. I also wish and pray that there could have been more unity amongst us as human. The AAPI community historically has strong presence in the gaming community, and they have supported our business over time. With a heavy heart, Wizardry Foundry is putting up this fundraiser to support our neighbors all over the US. While money or donation can never make up the void in some of those folks who have lost their love ones, I really hope that our small effort could help with their basic necessities and may them find healing in the near future.
